At Worksop & District Junior Angling Club, we are dedicated to nurturing a passion for fishing among the youth. Our mission is to foster a love for the sport while teaching valuable skills and promoting teamwork. Our programs are designed to offer a safe, educational, and enjoyable environment. Our Club is run by parents acting as an organising committee - everyone has an input.

We hold regular Club/League Matches in addition to theory based sessions where we cover anything from tactics for upcoming events right through to basics of different knots.
What's being said about our club....
A brilliant team of young anglers from all levels of ability - with an equally great bunch of parents and guardians - the team is keen to grow and all are welcome. The team is ran by a parent committee so everyone has a voice and the coach is qualified and safeguarding trained. Come along for a try out and see if you like it. You wont find support like it anywhere.
Great club to be involved in and lovely to see new friendships that have formed from the club. The club has both classroom sessions and matches/coaching on the bank so a great mix. Would definitely recommend getting involved for both experienced young anglers or young anglers that are new to fishing
